The bottle says that it ‘Promotes Healthy Metabolism’, and that it is a ‘Natural Weight Loss Aid As You Rest’. The biggest challenge for me has been the suggested use: “Take one (1) to four (4) capsules at bedtime on an empty stomach with 8 ounces of water.” You better believe that if I go to bed on an empty stomach, I’m sure to wake up hungry, thirsty, or a combination of both. So I took it with a smaller than usual bedtime snack (obviously, that alone has helped me kick a few lbs.). I don’t wake up hungry, and have noticed I am less full when I wake up in the morning.
The main ingredient in this is Collagen—a whopping 1500 mg! I had to google collagen:

Okay, well that sounds kind of gross, but what I took from this is that collagen is VITAL to our bodies, as the most abundant protein in mammals! I also learned that Collagen naturally assists the body in shed din excess fat, sugar and toxins, and does not starve, stimulate or trick your body into losing weight. IN face, it actually supports your body’s natural process in burning off fats and sugars more efficiently by building lean muscle. Collagen is also critical in the maintenance of our muscles, the support of body organs, and keeping our blood flowing through healthy and resilient arteries, veins and capillaries.
