Book Review—Writing Dark Stories-by Rayne Hall

This is an amazing book for any writer looking to find their inner ‘creepiness’, and learn to put those fears onto paper in the form of a great dark story! That being said, this book is NOT for beginning writers. It’s best to have a good foundation to build upon before starting this book. I was lucky enough to receive a copy of this book to read for free 😀

I Especially like chapter 7: Managing Tension, because it helps you to learn to manage conflicts among characters throughout the ups and downs of your story to keep things interesting.

My biggest problem was always coming up with an idea for a good dark story. Chapter 1 will help with that. Rayne Hall will teach you to ‘Feed Your Fiction With Your Fears’, and even help you discover what scares you!

I rate this book 10/10. It’s incredibly well-written, well laid-out, and an easy read!

Want to buy it? Click HERE! It’s only $6.63 for a paperback copy, OR you can get it for $0.99 for Kindle!  Don’t have a Kindle? That’s okay, just download a Kindle reader for your tablet or PC. It’s really easy!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

The Color Wheel Made Easy (eBook)

I received this book for free for the purposes of reviewing it. As many of you know, I’m a graphic designer. Book layouts are one of my favorite things…but for the purposes of this review, I am NOT reviewing the layout or design of the book…only its contents.

This book was easy to read, well-written, and provided a lot of information about the color wheel. Sure, you can probably find it online after an hour or so of searching…OR you can purchase this eBook, and find all of the information in one place! Yay for easy information!

You can find this book by Debra Shenkle on amazon.com
