Magnetic Screen Door from IGotTech–Product Review!

I was recently given a magnetic screen door to try for free!

I had it for almost a week before I opened the bag and took out the contents. The package contained the screen, a roll of velcro, and tacks. To be honest, I was a bit overwhelmed at first and didn’t think that I could do it on my own, especially with the kids running around, so I put it back into the package and set it aside until I could get someone to come help me with it.

A few days later, I was in the process of cleaning, and decided to take a stab at installing my screen door. It was a beautiful day, and I really wanted to let the breeze blow through the whole house. I re-read the directions, and decided that installation sounded pretty easy. I got a washcloth, and washed the doorframe with soap and water. While that dried, I put the velcro onto the door, then got out a stepstool and installed it onto the door frame. I think that the whole process took me less than 20 minutes!

My 3-year-old was very excited to be the first one to try it out. She walked out, watched the magnets close the screen, and giggled with delight. Then she tried it again, and again! She’s the best when it comes to product testing. The door looks great, and works really well, too.

I have pets, too…an inside cat, and a very large dog. The dog hasn’t decided to let himself out yet, which is good, because my yard is only 3/4 fenced. The cat, on the other hand, formulated her escape plan immediately. I don’t really think that it’s an issue, though. When I’m not around, I just shut the main door so that I don’t have to worry about escapees.

The only other issue that I’ve had is that my back door is partially made of metal, so when I walk inside, the magnets tend to get stuck to the door, instead of closing the screen for me. Still not a huge issue, because a quick nudge with my toe slides the magnets off the door and they fall into place.

I love this magnetic screen door! I rate it 10 out of 10, and would happily recommend this to anyone, whether you have a ‘normal’ screen door already or not! It looks nice, and works very well!

Littlest Pet Shop Playsets–BzzCampaign

My girls were so excited to get their Bzzkit from Bzzagent! We got free samples of the newest Littlest Pet Shop playsets for free to try…the best part was that only I knew what was in the box before they opened it.

Want to watch them unbox it? Watch it on Vimeo!

our LPS buzzbox

They were incredibly excited to play with it all immediately. Luckily, our bzzkit came with a LPS DVD for my daughters to watch while I set to putting it all together, because…holy assembly batman…after nearly an hour I finally had it all figured out, and they were ready to play.

Kayleigh playing with LPS playset

They had learned the names of all of their new friends from the show, and they played so nicely with one another, because there was so much to do! I’ve been having a ton of fun listening to them ‘play’ the different characters and give them personalities of their own.

I’ve made them a deal: If they do a good job taking care of their new LPS playsets, I’ll use the coupons that came with our bzzkit to buy them MORE LPS playsets! If not, we’ll give it to someone who will take care of nice toys like this. I have a feeling they’ll be taking very good care of their new playsets. My favorite part? No batteries to replace! I LOVE toys that aren’t noisy on their own :D.

I was so excited when contacted by Jammy Jams to try out their newest set of lullabies for free! What I hadn’t expected was that I would play the songs for my friends and classmates, and have a blast figuring out what each of the songs was.

THEN I took the songs home to my daughters. They’re 3 and 7. First, you should know that Katy Perry’s ‘Dark Horse’ is one of their favorite songs on the radio right now. Well…it just so happens that it’s the first track on Jammy Jams: Pop Goes the Lullaby 3 is a lullaby version of that exact song! My girls were excited, to say the least!

—>One happy mom right here<—

I put the lullabies on for bedtime instead of their normal Friday night TV show, and not only were they okay with it, they fell asleep twice as fast as if they were watching TV!

I am absolutely In love!

On my scale, this products is a 10/10! 😀

Here’s the playlist:

1. Dark Horse (Lullaby Rendition of Katy Perry)
2. Stay With Me (Lullaby Rendition of Sam Smith)
3. Fancy  (Lullaby Rendition of Iggy Azalea)
4. Maps (Lullaby Rendition of Maroon 5)
5. Ain’t it Fun (Lullaby Rendition of Paramore)
6. Summer (Lullaby Rendition of Calvin Harris)
7. Problem (Lullaby Rendition of Ariana Grande)
8. Am I Wrong (Lullaby Rendition of Nico & Vinz)
9. My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Lullaby Rendition of Fall Out Boy)
10. Chandelier (Lullaby Rendition of Sia)

I definitely suggest Jammy Jams. Check them out!
